1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), which must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location (URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or where our agent is located), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, TharuSong.com may suspend or terminate users who are repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation Warning
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
